Cate Webb
Primarily an oil painter, Cate Webb is also a Tattoo artist, and the owner of Black Cat. Her work focuses heavily on the human figure inspired by the simple illustrations of Aubrey Beardsley, and the grotesquely beautiful forms of Egon Schiele.
Themes of the occult, childhood fantasies and the ethereal run throughout her paintings and tattoos. Cate is also interested in the spiritual relationship between humans and animals, creating work that explores the delicate thread that connects them
